Step up to the plate and run your own crew. As Foreman, you’ll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground leader for 3–6 concrete craftsmen—laying out work from the plans, lining up materials, and pushing production while never compromising safety or quality. You’ll read blueprints, set grades, keep the schedule tight, and coach your guys to hit daily goals. Bring at least two years of crew‑lead experience, a solid grasp of concrete forming and finishing, and a clean driver’s license; OSHA 10 is a plus (we’ll sponsor it if you need it). If you’re a hands‑on problem‑solver who leads by example and takes pride in a job done right, we’ll sharpen any skill gaps and put you on a path to Superintendent.
